What is the discount? $10 per month off any regularly priced program.
When does the program start? The effective date for the discount program is October 1, 2005. There is no program end date.
Who is eligible for the discount? All HealthPartners Members (medical and dental). All HealthPartners employees.
How to receive the Professional Karate Studios discount:
Medical and dental members will show their Member ID card to Professional Karate Studios staff. The discount only applies if you have your Member ID card present at the point of purchase.
Where can members get more information about the program?
Flyers are available in Professional Karate Studios locations; the staff can answer any questions about the program.
