HealthPartners is one of the top places to work in healthcare

Bloomington, Minn. - Modern Healthcare magazine has named HealthPartners one of the Top 100 "Best Places to Work in Healthcare" in the nation. HealthPartners is one of only three healthcare organizations in Minnesota and one of two in the Twin Cities to receive this honor. HealthPartners ranked 2nd among payers and was 7th among organizations with more than 10,000 employees.

Modern Healthcare's Best Places to Work in Healthcare program identifies and recognizes healthcare organizations that have successfully built workplace excellence and enable employees to perform at their optimal level. In addition to the application process, the magazine surveyed a random sample of employees to determine the rankings.

"This award demonstrates our commitment and focus on improving the health of our community," said Mary Brainerd, HealthPartners president and CEO. "We have outstanding colleagues all working hard towards our mission and we are honored to share this award with all of our partners."

HealthPartners was ranked 63rd overall and received high marks on employee satisfaction, with a 91 percent positive response on employee engagement and a scores in the high 80's on questions related to their work environment and relationship with supervisor.
