What is online patient services?

It's a complimentary tool from HealthPartners Medical Group that provides secure and convenient web access to your doctor and to your HealthPartners Clinics medical record.

Is online patient services secure?

Yes. Your security and privacy is a top priority. We use a variety of state-of-the-art security measures to ensure your privacy and security, including encrypted communications. More on security and privacy.

What if I forget my username or password?

No problem. Simply click the Help button and we'll guide you through a short process to reset your password. Or, you can call our Support Center at 612-726-3329.

May I access my children's medical records?

Yes. We do this by giving you proxy access. With proxy access, you are granted full authority to access your child's medical chart if your child is between the ages of 0 - 11. If your child is between the ages of 12 - 17, you will be granted partial access to his/her medical record. You will be able to access your children's shot records and print them for school, camp or sports participation. You can also schedule appointments for your children or request medical advice on their behalf. Once you have an account, you may request proxy access via the "Other Requests" button.

What about my aging parents who are under my care?

If you are caring for an aging or ailing parent, you'll appreciate having an online record of their recent medical visits right at your fingertips. With proper authorization, you can access doctor's instructions, find lists of current medications and even send a secure message to the care team between visits to ask questions or document concerns. Will there be any charges?

Online patient services is a complimentary tool from HealthPartners Medical Group that provides secure and convenient web access to your doctor and to your HealthPartners Clinics medical record. There are no fees to access your medical record information, seek nurse advice or make appointments.

What is an e-visit?

An e-visit is a web-based exchange of non-urgent clinical information between a provider and an established patient conducted over a secure encrypted network. It's an alternative to a regular office visit and may require a copay. Learn more about e-visits.
