Career
Dr. Brad Wozney joined Bellin Health in 1998 as a Board Certified Family Physician and practices at his clinic in Denmark, Wisconsin. Dr. Wozney has served Bellin as the Medical Director for Ambulatory Quality and Informatics from 2006-2016, helping lead the enterprise-wide installation of their electronic health record. He now serves as the Medical Director for Population Health at Bellin. He has served on Bellin’s Primary Care Executive Committee since 2000 and Bellin’s Medical Executive Committee since 2016. He leads the Ambulatory Quality and Safety Committee and Population Health Committee. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Bellin Health Partners, a clinically integrated network that directs Bellin’s accountable care activities. Dr. Wozney is a member of the Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality (WCHQ) Measurement Advisory Committee.
