Dr. Rae Ann Williams joined HealthPartners upon completion of her Internal Medicine residency and has had a clinical practice at the HealthPartners Como Clinic since 1991. She has served in leadership roles since 1998, is currently the Department Chair for Internal Medicine and Regional Medical Director, overseeing and supporting eleven primary care sites. Her administrative responsibilities include improving health and experience outcomes in our clinics, along with creating systems-based approaches to preventive care delivery, including diabetes and hypertension management optimization.
