I became a registered nurse (RN) because I wanted to help take care of people. Also, I knew that health care was a growing field – and I’d have great benefits and job security, which has completely proven true in my career with HealthPartners.
What I love about my health care job
I love being a nurse. The most rewarding part of being a HealthPartners RN is watching people get better. I have worked in orthopedics for the past 5 years and love seeing my patients recover.
There is something incredibly special about being able to help someone during their toughest moments in life. And nothing is better than being able to watch a patient make progress and get back to their day-to-day life and passions.
Why HealthPartners’ culture is special
I have worked at HealthPartners since 2008. And honestly, I will probably never leave. There are so many areas and facilities where you can work, and our technology is cutting edge.
At HealthPartners, there is a sense of community amongst colleagues. And, I really love seeing all that the organization does to give back to our communities, too. If someone asked me, "Should I work at HealthPartners?" I would tell them, absolutely! Career of a lifetime!
HealthPartners is actively hiring CMAs, LPNs and RNs.
