For nearly 25 years, RJM Construction and Park Nicollet have partnered closely together to enhance and advance patient care through innovative facility projects.
"We’re pleased to support Park Nicollet and the Foundation. It’s a mission we care deeply about. The impact of this HealthPartners Frauenshuh Cancer Center conference room upgrade project has a wide reach, and we are honored to be a part of it," shared Brian Recker, president.
A generous gift from RJM Construction to Park Nicollet Foundation supported the purchase and installation of advanced technology. RJM’s Rodney Hintz, project executive, served as project lead. RJM contributed in-kind construction services and materials. Their generosity inspired additional partners to join in and contribute to complete the first-floor conference room renovation project in the HealthPartners Frauenshuh Cancer Center.
Supporting research, innovation and care
The flexible first floor conference room spaces will support cancer research gatherings, specialty seminars and webinars, tumor board conferences, education and training and much more. All are centered on advancing innovation, research and patient care.
Highlights of the new space include a folding partition wall that offers flexibility to use the space as one large room or two smaller rooms. The space also features new computer and audio-visual technology, allowing the medical staff and researchers to collaborate with each other from multiple locations.
"Our new first-floor room space designed with flexibility in mind and new technology capabilities will be a wonderful place for our staff and patients to use for many years to come," says Mark Wilkowske, MD, Park Nicollet Oncology department chair.
