Visiting a patient

At Westfields Hospital & Clinic, we believe that support from family and friends can be important for healing. That’s why we invite family to visit anytime. Family members aren’t limited to blood relatives, and we’ll determine the number of people welcomed at any one time by working together with you and your family.

Please note that if you’re visiting later in the day, you’ll need to use the Emergency Center entrance. Guests will need to enter through the Emergency Department between the hours of:

Monday – Friday, 8 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Saturday – Sunday, 5 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Gift shop

The Westfields Gift Shop offers an array of gifts, clothing, greeting cards and candy for purchase. The gift shop is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Note: Latex balloons aren’t allowed due to allergies.

Spiritual care

Patients and their families often find comfort in the guidance of a trained spiritual supporter. At Westfields Hospital & Clinic, we’re not affiliated with any one faith. Instead, we try to meet the spiritual and religious preferences of all our patients. If you are interested in speaking with a chaplain, please notify your nurse.

Two additional resources include our meditation room and healing garden. Our meditation room is open 24/7 for quiet prayer, reflection and meditation. Everyone is welcome here. It is located near our inpatient unit by the family waiting area.

The healing garden is a tranquil area of the hospital designed to help you relax and unwind. It includes a walking path that travels around a small pond. Benches are also available to sit and enjoy the weather and scenery.

We do not allow threats, aggression, abuse, harassment or discrimination toward anyone for any reason. We will take action to ensure the safety of all patients, staff and guests.
