Need help getting to an appointment?

Our Transportation Van can help. The Transportation Van is available to all Westfields Hospital & Clinic patients who need transportation to or from medical appointments. Van hours are 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.

The van is wheelchair accessible, but patients who use it must be able to get from their door to the van. Our drivers provide help such as opening doors and offering an arm for assistance. Patients are welcome to bring a caregiver for support.

Note: The van is not intended for medical transport. If someone needs medical attention or monitoring during their ride, the Westfields Transportation Van is not the appropriate option.

Van fare is $1 each way for trips within a ten mile radius; $3 each way for trips outside of that radius. Fees apply to the patient only – caregivers ride with no additional cost.

Call 715-243-2990 to schedule an appointment. (24 hours advance notice is preferred.)
