Nominations open for 2015 Workplace Well-being Awards
Nomination deadline is July 13; winners announced at Minnesota SHRM conference Oct. 11
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. — June 9, 2015 — HealthPartners today announced that nominations are open for the 2015 Workplace Well-being Awards. The awards celebrate Minnesota’s best and brightest organizations in employee health and well-being and are an opportunity to learn from and promote workplace well-being initiatives throughout the state.
“There’s a lot of tremendous work happening throughout Minnesota to drive workplace health and well-being,” says Nico Pronk, vice president for health management and health science officer at HealthPartners. “These awards celebrate the best of the best, spotlighting organizations that are going at it in new and creative ways to really make a difference in the health and well–being of employees and families, helping them lead happier and more satisfying lifestyles.”
Any Minnesota–based company is invited to apply; nominees don’t need to be HealthPartners clients. Programs that expand on the idea of traditional well-being to include other dimensions, like social, financial and emotional well-being, are encouraged to apply. Below is an overview of the nomination process:
- Step 1: Complete and submit the online nomination form by Monday, July 13.
- Step 2: An expert panel of judges will review and score submissions to identify winners. Winners will be notified in late August or early September.
- Step 3: Winners will be announced publically at the Minnesota SHRM State Conference on Sunday, Oct. 11, in Rochester, Minnesota.
The 5th annual Workplace Well-being Awards are sponsored by HealthPartners and the Minnesota Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
