Park Nicollet Clinic Launches New “SmartCare” Patient Care Program
New pilot program offers greater accessibility, convenience and affordability of care for patients
St. Louis Park, Minn. — Park Nicollet Clinic in St. Louis Park recently announced a new pilot program called SmartCare, designed to empower patients to choose care that is affordable and convenient. With SmartCare, patients have the opportunity to speak with a dedicated representative who helps guide them in determining the best option for care, saving time and money, without compromising quality.
Available for adults ages 18–60, SmartCare provides coordinated, team-based care available in-person, over the phone, video or online. By understanding the needs of the patient before they meet with a health professional, SmartCare is able to provide upfront, transparent pricing, helping patients to avoid surprise medical bills. In addition, SmartCare will allow for greater flexibility, through expanded hours and walk-in visits.
“Creating the best possible patient experience is our top priority,” said Joan Sandstrom, VP of Park Nicollet Primary Care. “This pilot program helps to support our mission of providing quality care with great convenience and affordability, and we’re very excited about the potential this program has moving forward.”
