BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – HealthPartners today introduced Tim Thull as the organization’s new senior vice president and chief technology officer.

Thull will lead key functions surrounding HealthPartners information technology infrastructure, security, and applications supporting the organization’s health plan, care system, and research and education Institute.

“We’re delighted to welcome Tim to our team,” says Sue Knudson, HealthPartners executive vice president and chief informatics and health engagement officer. “Throughout his career, Tim has been known for building and evolving technology solutions that support business successes. His leadership will help us continue to drive innovative ways to deliver affordable, quality health care and coverage.”

Thull has more than 25 years of experience in strategic technology leadership within large health systems. He has served as chief information officer for Revo Health most recently, and for Medica in years prior.

Thull began his new role Dec. 3, succeeding Dennis Zuzek, who is retiring in January.
