HealthPartners names DeLinda Washington chief people officer
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – HealthPartners today announced that it has named DeLinda Washington as senior vice president and chief people officer. Washington begins this week and will be responsible for leading human resources across the organization.

Washington joins HealthPartners after seven years at Kaiser Permanente, serving in various roles including interim senior vice president of human resources and vice president of human resources for the Mid-Atlantic States. Kaiser Permanente is a large health system that provides care and coverage to more than 12 million members across eight states and Washington, D.C., through its health plan, 700 clinics and 39 hospitals. Under Washington’s leadership, Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic was recognized as a best place to work and received national distinction in Multicultural Health Care by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, Washington held numerous human resources leadership roles at PepsiCo/Frito-Lay, Fannie May and Honeywell. She also serves as a board member for the non-profit, Urban Alliance.
