HealthPartners names new chief financial officer for care delivery
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – HealthPartners today announced that Alita Risinger has been named senior vice president and chief financial officer for care delivery. Risinger begins this week and will be responsible for leading financial strategies across the organization’s care group.
“We’re excited to welcome Alita to our organization,” said Penny Cermak, HealthPartners executive vice president and chief financial officer. “She’s an experienced leader in health care finance and will help ensure we continue to offer high-quality, affordable care to our patients.”
Risinger joins HealthPartners following 13 years at Baylor Scott & White Health, a non-profit health system in Texas. Risinger most recently served as vice president of finance and chief financial officer for the system’s largest fully-integrated regional health network, which includes four hospitals and five clinic practices.
Prior to Baylor Scott & White Health, Risinger served in leadership roles at SSM Health and Tenet Healthcare.
