HealthPartners names new finance executive for health plan
Tuesday, March 5, 2019 – BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – HealthPartners today announced that Sharilyn Campbell will serve as chief financial officer and chief accounting officer for the organization’s health plan operations. She’ll join the company April 15.
The veteran finance leader comes to the organization from Premera Blue Cross, a non-profit health insurance company serving Washington and Alaska. Campbell played numerous roles during her 25-years with the company, most recently serving as the vice president of finance and its chief accounting officer. Prior to that, she held positions at Ernst and Young.
As CFO, Campbell will lead the financial operations of the organization’s health plan, which serves 1.8 million members and is ranked as a national leader by the National Committee for Quality Assurance.
