UCare and HealthPartners reach agreement on network

UCare and HealthPartners today announced that they’ve reached an agreement that will include HealthPartners medical group as an in-network option for UCare Medicare and state public program members. The agreement is effective immediately, and both organizations are pleased that continuity of patient care will continue uninterrupted. They have started communications with patients and members.
