HealthPartners partners with two onsite temporary staffing agencies to meet the temporary employment needs of our organization.

Interim HealthCare Site Solutions

Interim HealthCare Site Solutions is located onsite at HealthPartners and provides temporary workers with health care skills to all of the HealthPartners family of organizations.

Interim staffs all clinical health care positions requiring medical training, education and/or expertise:

  • Nursing (RN, LPN, CMA)
  • Pharmacy (Pharmacist, Pharmacy Tech)
  • Radiology Professionals (all modalities)
  • Laboratory (Med Tech, MLT, Phlebotomist)
  • Dental (Hygienist, Assistant)
  • And other professionals (as requested)

Interim offers competitive wages for part-time, full-time, contingent, contingent-to-hire positions, and casual positions. Assignments range from long-term needs to same day requests. Employees have the opportunity to choose assignments and are provided HealthPartners computer training if needed.

Volt Workforce Solutions

Volt Workforce Solutions is located onsite at HealthPartners and provides temporary workers with business, technical, administrative, and customer service skills across the HealthPartners organization.

Volt staffs all administrative, professional, customer service, and non-licensed medical positions in the business and clinic environment. This includes:

  • Appointment Scheduling/Call Center
  • Clinic Assistant
  • Medicare & Insurance Sales
  • Administrative Assistant
  • Data Entry
  • General Office/Clerical
  • And other professionals (as requested)
