What if the registration form won't let me continue?

Be sure to fill out all the required fields. If you submit the registration form with information that is incomplete or that doesn’t match our records, you'll see red text identifying what isn’t working. Then, correct any errors and resubmit the registration.

Are there any technical requirements?

This site works best if you use the following browser versions, encryption and screen resolutions:

• Browsers: Internet Explorer version 8.0 or higher, Firefox version 3.5 or higher, Chrome version 4.0 or higher or Safari version 4.0 or higher.
• Encryption: Users must have cookies enabled.
• Screen resolution: PC and Mac users should set their screen resolutions at 1024x768.
