Regions Hospital Emergency Medical Services has been providing initial and continuing education to EMS providers in eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin for 40 years. With a focus on dynamic programming and physician involvement, Regions EMS remains on the cutting edge of prehospital education. We believe in active learning where the provider is fully immersed in the experience of learning. Focus on excellence in Basic Life Support skills is emphasized in all of our courses. Scenarios, case reviews, hands-on skill practice and collaborative learning are pillars of our programming. The EMS education team at Regions EMS is actively involved in the local, state and national EMS education industry. Our participation in conferences, research summits, local regulatory processes and committees ensures we are responsive to changes and trends in EMS education. We work hard to propel the EMS industry forward through high-quality education programming which meets each student’s unique needs.
