Survey Funder: CONNECT for Cancer Prevention Study

Description: HealthPartners Institute, in partnership with the National Cancer Institute and the CONNECT for Cancer Prevention Study is conducting research to better understand the experience of being diagnosed with cancer. The survey is being offered via phone to individuals who have been diagnosed with liver, thyroid, melanoma, esophageal, or gastric cancer within the past 5 years.

To participate, you must be between the ages of 30 and 70 years old and have been diagnosed with liver, thyroid, melanoma, esophageal, or gastric cancer within the past 5 years. You cannot be a current Connect for Cancer Prevention study participant.
