Changes to your registration
If you need to cancel or make a change to your registration, please contact triaeducation@tria.com or call 952-806-5603, 8:00am-4:30pm CST, Monday-Friday.
Refunds:
- > 14 days prior to the event: full refund will be issued
- 7-13 days prior to the event: 50% of paid registration fee will be refunded
- < 7 days prior to the event: no refund will be issued
- Refunds will be issued based on original payment method. Please allow for up to six weeks for refunds.
- Refunds for on-demand content will not be issued after registrant accesses materials.
- Should cancellation by TRIA be necessary, all participants will be notified as soon as possible and full refunds issued.
Changes:
- Additional registration fee will be due when changing from virtual to in-person attendance of a hybrid event.
- Refunds will not be issued when changing from in-person to virtual attendance within 14 days of a hybrid event.
