Overview/research interests: Dr. Carlson’s research interests include diabetes technology, diabetes care delivery and hyperglycemia in oncology patients. Dr. Carlson has participated in several clinical trials through International Diabetes Center focusing on diabetes technology and new therapeutics. He also has experience using molecular techniques in beta cell research.
