As medical director of Women’s Sports Medicine at TRIA, my goals are to help guide your injury recovery back to the sports and activities you love as quickly, yet safely as possible. I have recently co-authored a patellofemoral (kneecap) pain chapter in The Female Athlete book and have published research relating knee pain and hip strength specific to collegiate female athletes. I have over 20 years of experience as a medical volunteer for many events including the Twin Cities Marathon, Hawaii Ironman and local soccer tournaments.
