Overview/research interests: Dr. Jahagirdar specializes in hematologic malignancies and solid tumors and has a special interest in early (novel) therapeutics and Phase 1 research.
Dr. Jahagirdar is a member of the Experimental Therapeutics Committee of the Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology to help design and conduct clinical trials of new cancer treatments throughout the United States, along with his colleagues from Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Harvard’s Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Mayo Clinic and other institutions. He has co-written a book chapter in the Textbook of Malignant Hematology, and his research is published in such journals a
