As the former Senior Vice President, Health Solutions Sales and Account Services at HealthPartners for nearly 30 years, I led our regional, commercial and Medicare health plan sales teams for each product line, including medical, dental, health and well-being, pharmacy and on-site clinic offerings.
I drove our teams to build genuine connections at all levels with small and large employers. Their mission is to fully understand customers' unique needs, interests and situations. Then, once they and the customer have an agreed upon vision and goals, they use all available data to design a health plan to achieve them.
I enjoyed championing the development of new health solutions that helped employers see the strategic value of health, giving them an advantage in the market. When everything works together, employers are not only successful in achieving the results they're seeking but also in creating a healthier, happier, more productive workforce.
