Phil Donaldson is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Andersen Corporation in Bayport, Minn. He leads the company’s finance, information technology, strategic planning and business development functions. Phil was named CFO in 2004 and was elected to the Andersen Corporation board of directors in 2009. Phil also serves as a director of the Andersen Corporate Foundation, as a member of the Board of Directors of Simpson Manufacturing Company, Inc., Pleasanton, Calif, and as a member of the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies Policy Advisory Board. He is a past chairman of the Lakeview Health System, past chairman of the Window and Door Manufacturers Association and past director and treasurer of the Northwestern University Alumni Association.
