Doing a world of good in our St. Croix Valley community

At Hudson Hospital & Clinic, we're committed to improving the health and well-being of our patients and community. We serve western Wisconsin with emergency, birth, rehabilitation and imaging centers, as well as specialty clinics, cancer care, heart care and orthopedics, all within a healing environment.

One of the ways we bring our mission to life is to work with community partners to better understand what contributes to good health – and what stands in its way. Together we can work to improve health outcomes and well-being in Hudson and throughout the St. Croix Valley.

Community Health Needs Assessment

Hudson Hospital & Clinic completes a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) every three years as part of our ongoing commitment to help our communities be healthier.

Our most recent CHNA occurred in 2024. We were part of a comprehensive CHNA that included all HealthPartners hospitals. We worked with the HealthPartners Institute to analyze health data and input from local community members.

The top priority needs identified are:

  1. Mental health & wellbeing
  2. Social drivers of health
  3. Access to care
