Executive vice president and chief operating officer, HealthPartners

Megan Remark is executive vice president and chief operating officer of the HealthPartners care group, leading the system’s hospitals and clinics across Minnesota and western Wisconsin. With more than 30 years of health care experience, she has served in several roles since joining the organization in 1995, including nine years as president of Regions Hospital in St. Paul.

Community service has been a priority throughout Megan’s career. She is committed to workforce development, affordable housing and advancing diversity, equity and inclusion. She serves on the board of directors of CommonBond Communities, the Saint Paul Downtown Alliance and the Minnesota Hospital Association. Megan also prioritizes mentoring the next generation of health care leaders.

She is recognized as an industry leader in the Twin Cities and a top-500 leader in Minnesota. She received the 2023 Leadership award from Women’s Health Leadership TRUST and was previously presented with the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal 40 under 40 award and Women in Business honors from the same publication.

Megan received a master’s degree in Health Care Administration and MBA from the University of Minnesota. She and her husband live in the Twin Cities and have two adult children.
