Paperless billing makes managing your accounts easy. By signing up through your online account you can:

  • View your statement online anytime.
  • Have secure online access to your past 12 months of statements.
  • Receive an e-mail when your statement is available for viewing online.
  • Help the environment by going paperless.

If you’d like to receive and pay your care-related bills online, simply:

If you don’t have an online account and have a new statement, you can also sign up using the activation code provided on the statement. From there, select “My care,” then select “Pay bills” and choose the option to enroll in paperless billing.

No-interest payment plans are available. Please contact Patient Accounting at 651-265-1999 if you’d like to learn more.

We also offer financial assistance for qualifying patients who are having trouble with their medical bills. Help may be available through the HealthPartners Clinics Financial Assistance Program, Regions Hospital Financial Assistance Program or the Minnesota Health Care Program.

We accept most major insurance plans. We recommend that you contact your insurance company before scheduling an appointment. Your insurance company can tell you which services are covered and whether the clinic or hospital you plan to visit is in-network. If your insurance card lists a primary care provider other than Park Nicollet Clinic or Park Nicollet Methodist Hospital, you may need a referral from your insurance company to be seen at Park Nicollet.

Park Nicollet no longer accepts Medicare Advantage private, fee-for-service plans.

If you need us to send your medical record information, please complete our online medical record request form or download the Patient Authorization for Release of Protected Health Information.

If you need medical record information sent to us from a hospital or clinic, please contact that facility. If you have questions or need help with your medical records, refer to the information sheet or call Health Information Management at 952-993-7600. If you have questions regarding radiology images, call 952-993-5402.

Permission to discuss protected health information

At HealthPartners, we understand the importance of privacy when it comes to your health information – that's why we don't discuss your medical care with anyone that you haven't specifically authorized. If you'd like certain friends, family members or others to be involved in your care, please complete the Permission to Verbally Discuss Protected Health Information with Friends and Family. This will let us know who you’d like us to talk to regarding appointment information, lab and test results, treatment information and other medical information that you authorize.
