Research interests include:
Barb’s interest is in completing complex, in-depth literature searches in the biomedical sciences. She has experience with searches for all types of reviews, including narrative, scoping, rapid and systematic. Barb maintains a database of all HealthPartners authors’ publications that forms the basis of the HealthPartners Institute Knowledge Exchange.
Conducting Institute research since 1994.
Education and training:
In addition to a Master’s degree in Library Science from the University of Minnesota, Barb is certified by the Medical Library Association as a member of the Academy of Health Information Professionals (AHIP). She has also completed post-graduate Library Science work at the University of Illinois.
