Jeanette Y. Ziegenfuss, PhD
Director of Survey and Evaluation Sciences, Center for Evaluation and Survey Research

"When research and evaluation rely on the active participation of patients, members, and the community, it is crucial to understand how design decisions influence experiences and outcomes. High-quality recruitment processes and surveys not only yield superior data for individual studies, exemplifying good stewardship, but also create opportunities to advance survey methods and recruitment science."
