Exceptional health care should be easy to get no matter what

From your work schedule and family obligations to household chores and sneaking in a little “me time”, you have a lot going on in your life. And fitting in doctor appointments makes it even harder to juggle everything.

But what if you could get great primary care when you need it and save time? What would you do with more time?

We’re working to make both easier than ever with the help of HealthPartners Timesavers and a growing list of virtual care tools like video visits, online scheduling, mobile check-in and more.

What would you do with more time?

Your needs are unique. You might be lucky enough to live near a great clinic, but it’s hard to fit a visit into your busy work schedule. Maybe you need a clinic with night and weekend appointment options. Or perhaps you’d prefer telemedicine visits, but you’re not sure what can be treated virtually.

We’re continuously adding to our range of care options and working to improve your experience and save you time.

A range of primary care options

Getting you safe, easy and convenient access to primary care starts with offering you a range of care options, so you can comfortably fit your health and wellness into your life.

Cold, flu or sinus symptoms. Sleep, nutrition or mental health concerns. Prescription refills and follow-up visits. Primary care video visits make it convenient and comfortable for you to get the care you need from home, work or wherever you may be.

Annual physicals. Immunizations. Preventive cancer screenings. Quality hands-on care is essential. But clinic location is also key.

From downtown to north, south, east or west of town, we have primary care clinics across the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin. And our clinics offer extended hours on nights and weekends.

Maybe you cut yourself while making dinner and you’re not sure if you need stitches. Or perhaps it’s the middle of the night and you think you have the flu. There’s never a convenient time for illness or injury, but we can help.

If you’re sick or have a minor injury and you want to be looked at right away, we have many urgent care locations. Most are open until 8 p.m. and offer video visits, too. Plus, many clinics allow you to select “Save my spot in line”, so you can get in line before you leave the house and spend less time in the waiting room.

If you think you’re coming down with something, care is available 24/7 through virtuwell.com. Our Virtuwell team can treat more than 60 common conditions online, and your diagnosis and treatment plan are usually delivered in about an hour.

A better experience

We know that simply finding the time for a doctor’s visit isn’t the only convenience factor. For starters, you want it to be easy to find a doctor that fits with you and your lifestyle. And you need a way to schedule appointments whenever and wherever you are.

Whether you’re using your computer, smart phone or tablet, online scheduling makes it easy for you to get an appointment on the books at any time of the day. You’ll start by entering your birthdate. From there you’ll be able to select the type of appointment you want, and then schedule by doctor, location or time.

With our doctor match tool just answer a few questions and we’ll match you with doctors who meet your needs – you can add location, gender and language filters to narrow your list even further. Then you can explore doctor bios and reviews, and make an appointment with the one you choose.

With mobile check-in you can skip the line at the clinic on your appointment day. You can also pay your copay, update your medication list and more. This cuts down on the time you need to spend standing in line or filling out paperwork, so you can get in and get on with your day quickly.

From finding the right care close to you and keeping track of your appointments, to accessing test results and managing your health plan, the myHP app puts care in the palm of your hand. All you need to do to get started is to set up a myHealthPartners account, and then simply download the app for Android or iPhone.
